Booking policies
A plain-language summary of our terms. Your reservation confirmation includes the full terms and conditions.
Deposit$100, non-refundable
Hourly stopsUnlimited
Reserving
- A valid credit card is required.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit confirms your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due before service begins.
- Personal checks are accepted only if received at least 10 days before service.
Time and stops
- The hours you book are the minimum you pay.
- Extra time is billed after the first 15 minutes, in half-hour steps at your contracted rate, if the vehicle is available.
- Hourly packages include unlimited stops.
- Point-to-point extra stops are $25 to $50 each.
- The first 15 minutes of waiting are free.
On board
- Alcohol is not allowed for anyone under 21.
- Illegal substances, weapons and violence are not allowed.
- No smoking and no eating in the passenger area.
- The group can't be larger than the vehicle's seats. Extra passengers are $20 each where seats allow.
- Breaking these rules can end the trip without a refund.
Cancellations
- Weddings, quinceañeras and proms: at least 20 days before pickup.
- Hourly services: at least 15 days before pickup.
- Point-to-point services: at least 7 days before pickup.
- Late cancellations are charged in full. Deposits are non-refundable.
- No-shows are charged the full contract amount.
Damage and cleaning
- Customers pay for damage caused by their group.
- Heavy cleanup starts at $150. Cleaning after illness is $175.
- Damage is assessed by the driver and charged to the card on file.
Our side
- We aren't responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic or road conditions.
- If a vehicle breaks down we make up the time or reschedule.
- We may substitute a comparable or larger vehicle.
- We aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle.
